Shorts season is just around the corner, and our lineup has never been stronger to meet the demand of the warmer months.
We are mere days away from releasing our newest foray into the outdoor shorts market—the Reflex Shorts.
Reflex Shorts Design Intention
Lighter and stretchier than our classic Flex Canvas Shorts, we designed the Reflex Shorts to be light as a feather and flexible enough to handle any warm-weather outdoor activity.
Need some extra stretch for a hot yoga class? These have that in spades and will dry crazy quick afterward (you'll still need to wash them afterward of course...)
Going on a midday hike, ride, or climb? These will keep things light and breezy downstairs for you and are durable enough to withstand typical outdoor abrasion.
Along with a wide window of possible usage, the new Reflex Shorts are supplemented by silky-smooth softness and oodles of thoughtful features.
Features of the Reflex Shorts
If you've been following us for some time, then you know we love to subtly embed our products with useful features. Here's the breakdown of what these active shorts can offer users in terms of design features:
Two YKK lockdown zippered media pockets on each hip
Ventilated deep front pockets with phone sleeves
Snap button front fly

The Material of the Shorts
You've heard it from us before and we will likely say it again. Material matters, and with these active shorts, there are two distinct fabrics used to get the magical end effect.

Content: 72% Recycled Polyester, 28% Polyester Doubleweave
Weight: 116gsm (3.4oz)
Characteristics: Water-resistant, lightweight, quick-dry, mechanical stretch, moisture-wicking, breathable, durable

Recycled Nylon Four-Way Stretch
Content: 89% Recycled Nylon, 11% Spandex
Fabric Weight: 255gsm (7.5oz)
Characteristics: Midweight, four-way stretch, breathable, sweat-wicking, quick-drying, subtle doubleweave

You all make great stuff! I wish your shorts came in a long (19"?) option though. I’m tall (6’2"), and though I’m no longer bothered by shorts that don’t cover my knees, they do occasionally ride up a little farther than I’d like 🙃
