Our custom Flex Canvas is an 8oz duck canvas made with 58% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton, 40% Recycled Polyester, and 2% spandex.The fabric has has a distinctive cotton hand-feel with polyester content that serves to strengthen the fabric and help it dry faster. The spandex allows for a full range of motion.

Reinforced Zipper Pockets

Double layer fabric and YKK lockdown zippers keep your mind on the trail and not losing your stuff.

Articulated Knees

Knee articulation is accomplished by sewing darts into the edges of the front panel around the knee.

Mesh Seat Liner

Wicking and super soft, our unique mesh liner reduces sweat and is ridiculously comfortable on your important parts.

Subtle EDC Pockets

Our twin sideseam welt pockets keep your knife or other every day carry (EDC) items accessible and out of the way.

Only one fault in an otherwise perfect pant

These are, easily, one of the best made pants I've ever owned. Mulitple pockets, a must in today's gadget-filled world, are all well thought out and easy to access. The "internal pocket organizers" are an especially nice touch. The 8 oz. duck canvas material is excellent weight for a 3-season pant. The style and fit are both very good.

But there is a fault: the waist has no stretch in it at all. If one gains an inch, these pants will quickly become unbearable to wear. To put the issue in perspective, I currently wear a 36 waist pant. I have another pair of pants (standard 5-pocket design, from another company) that are 34 waist but they have enough stretch in the waist that I am still able to wear them comfortably! Thankfully, I've got four pair of them and I expect to wear them until they fall off (comfort will cause that).

If the LIVSN pants, which are higher quality and overall better design, had some stretch in the waist--and I'm talking an easy 2 inches worth (don't skimp on it)--they'd be perfect.

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoy them overall, the waist will break in a bit over time, but we did intentionally design them not to be especially stretchy (see our Ecotrek Trail Pants for that!)

Great but not as much as the Eco treck

These are great pants with nice style, but I also have the Eco treck and they perform better in every aspect. Better pocket design, more comfortable, water resistant, dry faster, really durable. I got my first pair of Eco treck since the kick starter release and they are still perfect.

So, the flex canvas are good but the Eco treck are the best pants you'll ever have.

Like Lay's potato chips - you can't stop at just one

Here is what I have learned after buying my first pair of these on eBay (I think they are V1), 2 of the V3 from the site, and then 3 of the V2s on the site - Livsn makes a fantastic pant, full stop. I bought these V2s when they went on a big sale, and they have been amazing. They are bulletproof, super comfortable, look as good with a t-shirt and boots as they do with a dress shirt and loafers. If you are reading this, you are considering buying some - do it! And, fair warning - you'll be back for more - they are that good.

Excellent

My one nit to pick is the sizing. Maybe all my other pants are trying to flatter me that I have a 32 inch waist, but the Livsn 34 inch waist fits similar to other brands' 32. The pants themselves are awesome. Light and breathable despite the rugged construction. They don't bind up in the hips, crotch, or knees. Great pants.
