Women's Ecotrek Trail Shorts

Love that these are stylish hiking shorts. The only shorts on the market that are cute!!!!! No joke this took me years to find. They are so beautiful yet also very functional. Love all the pockets. Fits true to size with all the measurements online. Stretchy comfortable. I have a long torso and they hit righttttt at my belly button. I bought 2 pairs of these in 2 diff colors I’m obsessed. For reference I got a size 6, I’m a size small typically but curvy, and I wear a size 27/28 in jeans.

The waistband was updated and not for the better (less stretchy..?) and the leg holes are oddly larger. I ordered the same size I had purchased previously in the grey and olive ecotrek shorts, but the newer purple ones were much smaller and more uncomfortable in the waist. Tried going up a size, but then the rest of the shorts were too big, and the waist was still stiff and uncomfortable. Wish they had stuck to the original sizing and cut of these shorts because I think they used to be perfect! Sad because I really love the fabric and the purple color was great.

I’m obsessed with these shorts. I sized up for extra room in the legs.

Y’all. These shorts are great. Sturdy, but breathable and lightweight. They fit great, and my favorite part is they are that impossible to find length that has great coverage but don’t go down to the knees. A perfect length for me to feel comfortable riding my bike, taking a hike, or chillin with friends. 👏🏼
